OpenBazaar 2.0 Decentralized Marketplace - A Quick Look Inside

OB1 team member Mike Wolf tweeted out a couple of gifs showing OpenBazaar 2.0 which will most likely be seeing a release this month (Alpha testing has already begun!).    OB2.0 is built with Go and uses IPFS and will have something for all you anonymous users out there, TOR support (instructions already up on github!).

The first image below is the listing detail screen:

Below is a preview of the pending payment screen.

Are two gifs something to get excited over?   Yes.   The screens above look simple, so mission accomplished for design.   This project is huge, started as a Bitcoin only venture but then partnered with @Shapeshiftio to offer a ton of altcoins.  The devs are available in the OB Slack to help with having your favorite coin implemented in app if the devs of that coin want to jump in directly instead of through Shapeshift.

For all you Steemit users using different 3rd party websites to sell your arts and wares, should look to add OpenBazaar listings for yourself to be able to offer items as well, get off the old web and start using these decentralized apps.  Mobile is incoming too:

For more easy to digest and updated information check out OpenBazaar Blog or Twitter.  They stay updated and are a reachable team.
