Everybody knows this guy. Okay let's say almost everybody. Born in 1879 in Ulm and died in 1955 in Princeton. One of the smartest human beings who ever stayed on this earth. Jeder kennt ihn, okay fast jeder. Er wurde 1879 in Ulm geboren und starb 1955 in Princeton. Er war einer der intelligentesten Menschen, die jemals auf unserem Planeten wanderten. This little statue of Mr E stands by my side for over 13 years now. It was a present from my grandparents to my 18th birthday. "Be smart, bring value to his planet and think outside the box" That were kind of the words from my grandparents.
Die kleine Statue von Mr E steht seit 13 Jahren auf meinem Schreibtisch. Es war ein Geschenk meiner Großeltern zu meinem 18. Geburtstag. "Sein klug, versuche die Welt besser zu machen und denk einfach anders." So oder so ähnlich waren die Worte meiner Großeltern.
For me this statue is a great inspiration every time I see it. I write this post because I cleaned the dust of Mr E's face today😉.
Für mich ist die Statue eine Inspiration jedes Mal, wenn ich sie sehe. Heute schreibe ich diesen Blogpost, da ich gerade das Gesicht von Mr E entstaubt habe😉.
