Heute werden alle Anschlüsse für Wasser, Strom und Kanalabflüsse eingebaut. Dazu sind die Leerrohre von außen nach innen zu verlegen und dann innerhalb zu den Stellen zu führen, an denen sie letztendlich vorgesehen sind.
