View from the Olympic Parc Hill in Munich
I have been in the Olympic Parc nearly every day when the little princess was very young and I could drive her with the baby buggy - was relaxing for both of us. Nowadays we tend to visit the Lerchenauser See on the weekend but sometimes we still make it to the place that has been built for the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich. Currently the Tollwood Festival (Summer edition) is running there and I took the opportunity to climb again up to the little hill there - you have a fanatic view over the entire city. One photo shows the Tollwood area as well from above and what you can drink there.

Blick vom Olympiaberg ist immer etwas Anstrengung wert
Als meine Prinzessin noch ganz jung und kontrollierbar war zog es mich jede Woche in den Olympiapark. Momentan nur noch recht selten. Das Tollwood Festival - welches sich zum 30. mal jährt diesen Sommer - ist aber ein guter Grund mal wieder die alten Knochen Richtung Gipfel des Olympiabergs zu wuchten - der Blick ist eben einmalig - man kann nahezu ganz München überblicken - auf dem Tollwood kann man auch exotischen Kram trinken wie ein Foto zeigt.
Seit 30 Jahren gehören Kulturgenuss, Lebensfreude und das Engagement für eine bessere Welt auf Tollwood zusammen. „30 Jahre Tollwood – Miteinander“ lautet das Motto in diesem Sommer. Denn nur miteinander können wir ein friedliches, gerechtes und nachhaltiges Zusammenleben erreichen!
Denn Tollwood ist ein Kultur- und Umweltfestival. Seit der ersten Stunde setzen wir uns für Mensch, Tier und Umwelt ein – auf dem Festival und auch über dessen Grenzen hinaus. Mit Kampagnen, Projekten und engagierter Kunst sendet Tollwood jedes Festival aufs Neue eine Botschaft an seine Besucher und lädt zum Aktiv-Werden ein – für eine zukunftsfähige Gesellschaft und ein tolerantes, offenes und friedliches Miteinander.
