As I grow older, what I'm more impressed with is people's ability to stay courteous in their communications. Fast cars don't impress me anymore. Big houses don't impress me anymore. Successful businesses don't impress me anymore. They did before, but what I value most in someone now is their ability to remain courteous in their communications.
