Tomorrow is my son's birthday and today seemed like a good day to celebrate. We gathered at his dad's house for an afternoon grilling session. It is always good to be with family. Only my oldest son and his family couldn't make it.
The Little Dude was so excited about lighting the candles and singing the birthday song!!
After we got home, several chickens had escaped and happily eaten the squash plants which had just stretched their first leaves towards the sun. Oh well, more seeds are going in tomorrow.
