The names on it refer to people who died of cold in the streets. I think it's a nice way to remind everyone that everyone does not have our chance : to have a roof is a chance! Let's remember and enjoy that each day.
Les noms qui sont dessus font référence à des personnes mortes de froid dans les rues. Je trouve que c'est une jolie manière de ce rappeler que tout le monde n'a pas notre chance : avoir un toit est une chance ! Rappelons-nous en et profitons-en 😃
