This is Fudgee from the Philippines. I got his name from a chocolate cake bar called fudgee barr. He is a 3 year old Shih Tzu dog. He looks like a girl because of those tiny ribbons. I know he doesn't like it. Lol
He was given to me as a gift for my birthday when he was only a two month old puppy.
