So, based on the theme given, "Duck, Umbrella, Rain", and I came up with this abomination....
This is a.... "thing" from the anime series Gintama, a wacky comedy/shounen anime which is..... bizarrely funny and quite self aware! XD And this.... whatever this duck or.... whatever this thing is.... is named Elizabeth..... ACTUALLY WHAT THE HECK IS THIS THING!!??

Details, although it's quite minimal given this.... things simple design....
Realise that the background is gone? Well, I did a vector or it.
Then, put Elizabeth in with a made shadow, a little adjustment, and done....
For those who already know about this manga/anime, NO SPOILERS about this things identity please. >:)
