As is stated in this article few days ago, I just started the challenge of my life. However, I did realized that some will think I woke up in a morning and bang, just started doing it.
Lol, it took me about six years of preparations and planning, and I am going to tell you everything about that. It's gonna be fun, so make yourself comfortable 😉.
Once upon a time I had a dream 😂. It was about living somewhere far from shitty food and stupid people. (I now live that dream btw)
Luckily, I am born in Romania, where land is cheap, climate is perfect for gardening, and you can just ignore stupid people 😁.
However, I am lazy and poor, not the best combo if you ask me. But I am also smart and manipulative, like the most Romanians 😎. So, when I found out that I can use other life forms to do most of the gardening job for me, that was the Aha! moment.
Making raised beds and all that work ain't for me, so I figured out I need to work on a larger scale.
All nice and beautiful, but there's no land for that, and no money to buy any as well.
Still, god loves me 😎. Just when I was wondering how can I get my hands on a nice piece of land, some neighbours decided to sale their lot and move somewhere else. A lovely spot, just a bit more than half acre was sitting there, waiting for me. But ain't got the money and there was no chance to make enough in time.
Short long story, I convinced my older sister to buy the land (for her of course). And as she was chasing her career, I was in charge with the administration of my future garden 😉.
You don't want to know how bad the place was looking at the time, it haven't been taken care for years and was full with all kind of unwanted weeds.
Step one! To clean the weeds and enrich the soil without investing too much work or time. Easy doing for a guy like me 😋. I just sow Lucerne and let it do all the work for me. Also getting some good money every year from cutting and selling it to others 😎.
Step two! Get the lot for myself. Also easy, all I had to do was to wait until my sister realized she doesn't want to live there and decide to sell it 😁.
I made an offer with 50% bigger than the asked price, spread on the next five years. Naturally, she accepted 😎.
Step three! Get the money to pay for the land, and do what I actually want with my life in the same time.
Quite easy, I just have to advertise myself as a Bio gardener on Steemit and sell my overpriced vegetables to those whom can afford them 😁.
As you can see, gardening is more than just planting things around, for me. And yes, this whole year is about advertising 😉.
You may wonder now. Why I made such a post?
Just to answer some questions, some people may have 😎. About me and about life. We all learn everyday, and even though sometimes I can be a bit manipulative, I am using this to do good and I always pay for what I get.
Btw, my sister got double for what she paid, if I count just the money
I dream big! I always did, and my next dream is to help others getting where they dream about. But as always, patience, consistency and hard work is required 😉!
