For Episode 6, I take you back in time to the day I nearly died. It was doctor error, I was terrified and in more pain than I've ever experienced combined. In fact, I was surprised because I thought the fear surrounding this was resolved for me, but in telling it again, I'm shaken.
This podcast is the first in a series on reclaiming my body. In this episode, you will learn what I was reclaiming it fun. In the next, you will hear what happened when I took steps to improve my quality of life after the devastation of almost losing it. This will be followed by a piece on how this experience impacted my family.
I would love to know about your near death experiences, if you have any. Since those days in the hospital bed, I see life in a different way, and it has only made me more determined to support everyone I can with deep compassion.
