Well its a little early for that, but there really wasn't that much of a winter here in Austria, so i bring it forward then.
After enjoying an à la carte all you can eat at ebi and left it relatively unharmed because of arriving one hour before curfew, its time for a cleanse of the bodily type. Just stumbled over an eight day cleanse in Kino MacGregors The Power Of Ashtanga, and as I am always eager for new dietary plans, one more it is to add to the collection.

As of tomorrow i will start as followed:
Daily water and fresh juice as much as I like | No refined sugar, caffeine and chocolate |

First Day | No dairy or animal-based-products |
Second Day | Fruit and vegetables, no grains |
Third Day | Only fruit |
Fourth Day and Fifth Day | Water, fresh juice and herbal tea |
Sixth Day | Only fruit |
Seventh Day | Only fruit and vegetables |
Eight Day | Grains allowed again |
Well that sounds easy enough, being already on an 7.5 days water fast an a couple of months on Douglas N. Grahams 80:10:10 diet which was the hardest for me to maintain long term, i don't expect much surprises here.
