Stone Heart Priorities
No your family does not come first, no your girlfriend does not come first and no your dog or cat does not come first either.
YOU are the fucking champion. You want success right? Then make yourself priority #1. Sheep will call you an asshole. Enjoy it, if you hear that then you know you are respecting that priority and you are keeping it real.
Success requires self-mastery. Discipline, Steadfastness, Patience & focus cannot be learned by caring about anything else first.
Priority #1 includes your health, your cash and your mission / goals / dreams. That means you will lift weights 4x per week, that means you will do whatever it takes to get that rich nigger money, that means you will flip your girlfriend the finger when she tells you to not go to the gym today. Priority #2 Can be everything else.
These are general priorities. If you have goals you have to prioritize the hardest task of the day in the morning because that requires the most amount of willpower. I for example always care about my business first in the morning and afterwards I start writing on Steem.
If you, for example, start with answering comments or playing video games you will realize that your work lacks focus and that you have a hard time to get into flow state.
Conclusion: Prioritize yourself and your goals first & do the hardest tasks in the morning.
Laser Focus
You can not always have focused on the task at hand. That is impossible but you can learn to increase your attention span by doing the work even if you don't feel like doing it. Aka by being disciplined you increase your focus.
So how can you have laser focus if you can not focus on anything all the time? Simple, you become steadfast. That means you don't set a new goal till you reached your goal. It means to put the damn work in even if you feel like dying (discipline).
You work on your goals every damn day however you feel.
Protips to increase focus even more: Firstly, Install the app focus to block certain time-wasting websites that you always refresh or block them forever.
Secondly you buy Modafinil to hack your biosystem into increased focus and less fatigue.
And finally you get rid of that pent up sexual energy. If you sit around like a little boy that needs to pee you won't get shit done. Yes, you read that right. I recommend fucking or fapping before you sleep. Twice a day is retarded, once is enough.
Effective Time Management
Time management will be done automatically if you work with laser focus, discipline and stone heart priorities.
You simply don't waste time and that is how you make the most of your time. You can relax with pride after the work is done.
If you have a problem getting shit done and using the time that you have then you are simply fucking lazy or you have no goals or both.
Scheduling and time management are for people that work with other people at the same time every day. I don't do that so I can't give advice in that regard. That would be hypocritical.
But what I can say is to maximize sleep hygiene by testing multiple earplugs, by calming down 1 hour before sleep, by making the room completely dark and by not eating 2 hours before sleep and not drinking 2 hours before sleep.
Like that sleep will be optimized and you will wake up refreshed allowing you to work with heart and getting work done faster giving you more time at the end of the time.
Keep working hard on your goals & dreams and they will become true young hustler.
