celebrating the first day of spring/Ostara with healthy home made chocolates!

Yoohoo! We've made it to spring!

Lets celebrate it with some healthy chocolats!

Real easy! ( I swear)

Only four ingredients:

1:

100 ml/about half a cup coconut oil ( If you can get it: extra virgin, organic, not the one from which they have eliminated the taste and smell, who would do that really, cause it's delicious.)

2:

100 ml/half a cup cacao powder

3:

60 ml/ about four table spoons of date syrup/maple syrup/agave syrup. (you can choose)

4:

12 hazelnuts or other nuts

Melt the coconut oil if necessary and pour it in the mixer bowl.
Add the cacao powder and the syrup and mix it until it is smooth chocolate sauce.
Take an ice cube tray (preferably a flexible one for getting the chocolates out without a struggle) and put nuts in twelve holes. ( The mix will last you about that far) Pour the chocolate sauce over it ( NEATLY 😉😆) and put it in the fridge (or freezer when you're in a hurry.) Wait until they are solid and pop them out on a nice tray.

(The ones that look not so perfect are my home made ones, but guess what? They are way more yummy then the store bought easter eggs.😉)

Then once you've done that you can do a little spring ritual with the chocolates if you like:
Go to a nice place in your house or garden, where you light a little candle and put some flowers or something that makes you feel it's spring. Give thanks for spring and new life. Then take a chocolate and make a wish upon it for your new life. (Always wish with an open heart.) Do this by imagining what it would feel like if this wish came true and blow that feeling in to your chocolate and then eat your chocolate. You can do as many as you like or until you run out of chocolates.
If you didn't have time to make chocolates you can of course also do it with store bought chocolate easter eggs.

Enjoy!

Lots of love Clara 💜
