North Korea Stored 1 million Tons Of Petroleum Before Sanctions

North Korea began to store petroleum earlier this year to prepare for international sanctions.

The amount is two-thirds of the regime's annual crude oil and petroleum imports.

Gas prices are once again increasing in North Korea and there are reports that Pyongyang may be stockpiling petroleum again to prepare for another nuclear test.
