Snowflakes Never Lie (#fiftyword)

Snowflakes Never Lie

     “Impossible,” the professor said.

     “Sir, math never lies.”

     “And?”

“It’s obvious we are in a simulation by calculating the snowflakes in the sky and how much snow is on the ground by square root-“

“Oh balk!” the professor dismissed the student with a wave of his hand. “You bore me.”

Briefing

I try to keep up to date on the latest scientific discoveries and theories, because it supplies my mind with material to create stories. By no means am I mathematician and have no idea if the simulation theory is true. I doubt it is, but if it were true, I think it would be funny that some grad student out did his professor and figured out the secrets of the universe by calculating the number of snowflakes. So, the next time you are out in the snow, stop, breath in the fresh air, and take a look around, and who knows what discovery waits for you.
