The first night I heard you rustling, you were my insult to injury in my political exile- MOUSE! - In the first month of incarceration you became entertainment in the corner of my eye- mouse- Now five years in you are one to share meals with, beloved friend -Thank you Mouse.

Writing notes:

This Story is dedicated to the best Mouse ever Warislav. We found him abandoned in a parking lot, he was so small he could flee a conventional mouse cage so I had to get him a snake house ... never told him.
This story is not our story, but it holds the soul of mice everywhere who just want what we all want life, shelter, food and a good friend
