Hello friends!!! Here is one of my short films that I made for the Westside Film Festival! A mini documentary about a friend and fellow Henna Artist! In the rules of the film festival I had to make the film 90seconds or under, filmed in the Charles Sturt council area and about the theme Faces & Places.
We have only just returned from a weekend away on Yorke Peninsula and I will be uploading some photos from our trip soon...I just couldn’t wait to sit down and share my films with you! I’ve been itching to do it all weekend!!
Unfortunately my photos are still posting sideways so I can’t show you a photo of me walking the red carpet on the Gala Night!! It was soooo much fun. I had an amazing night!!! Sadly I didn’t win any prizes, BUT it was my first ever film festival and the first films that I have made so I was super stoked.
Thanks for your excitement and encouragement... I feel so supported by this community here on Steemit and want to thank you for that!!
I’ll try posting a Gala Night photo again when I post my second film for you to see 😊😊 It really was an amazing night and I have been hooked in....I’m planning more films and festival entries and want to delve more into the creative side of expressing issues and ideas. Can’t wait to start creating!
