Why we should exercise regularly (Beside Losing Weight)

A lot of people wants to exercise or workout because they wanna look sexy. But some of them doesn't know what are the benefits of working out. 3 months ago since i gave birth, and i've been working out since last month to bring back my good posture and to de-stress.
You've been told a hundred times that exercise is good for you, and it's true--but not only good for us, doing exercise can also help us think clearly, help us to sleep well, it can boost our confidence, you'll de-stress, you'll sleep better, you'll get sick less often, you'll live longer, and you'll be happy.

Today, my Sister and I went to the gym today.
let me share with you some set of exercise we did, which is easy for a beginners like me.

Planks
The plank is one of the best exercises for core conditioning. It also helps our balance and support proper posture.

Donkey kicks
the donkey kick works your core, lower back, legs and butt.
Fire Hydrant
This exercise specifically targets the gluteus medius, the muscle responsible for moving the leg sideways away from your body.

Bicycle Crunch
This exercise focused on your abs.

We also did push ups, 1-2 mins planks, Squats, and we also use the treadmill to burn fats.
