Fitness contest week 34

Here I leave this video of a challenge that some friends put me, was to create an exercise routine using the letters of my name for them to later try to do.

The routine consists of:

30 burpees
50 jumping jack
15 push up
30 crunches
30 arms circles
1 min. wall sit
20 push up
