Fitness contest Week 16 - Leg Training After 5 minutes Jogging

Here is my entry for @donatello Fitness Week 16

Training my leg after 5 minutes jogging. actually my leg is already worn out after works. as i have to climb up and climb down up in the stair as a part of my daily works to give a support to every employee. but of course i want to join the fitness contest that's why i make this video.

pasinsya na walang praktis eh natawa ako nung una gaan pala dagdagan ko nga ng 20 KG heheh lol. gusto ko lang talaga sumali eh.

Thank you sir @donatello for this contest. i hope i can win again even 3rd place . i got second in the last time.
