Introducing Minced Pork Noodle-Michelin conquest 1；肉脞面-米其林星之战1

Yesterday, I started my Michelin star conquest in Singapore. Dinner was at Tai Hwa Minced Pork Noodle.

They are located in Hong Lim Food Center. Sharing a couple of food photos.

Mince pork noodles come in soup of dry version and I had here was the dry one.

They have two small dumplings served with the slice pork, minced pork，pig liver and some kind of dried fish which I don't know what it's called.

The noodle is cooked and mixed with sauces including soy sauce, chilli sauce, oil, lard and vinegar.

I absolutely love the touch of vinegar in it. To me, the vinegar touch is perfect. Other stalls put too much vinegar or are too stingy with that.

昨天开始了我的米其林星之战.

晚餐去了芳林熟食中心吃了碗大华肉脞面。

在这分享一下拍下的两张照片。

肉脞面有汤的或干捞的。

除了两个小饺子，还有猪肉片，肉碎，猪肝，扁鱼（希望没错）。

面条煮熟，拌入酱油，辣椒酱，油，猪油和醋。

我超喜欢他们下醋的分量。对我来说，是完美的。别处的肉脞面不是放太多醋或太吝啬。
