Do you love eating yams? Do you love it boiled, fried or into a porridge? Come let me take you on a food adventure, let me show you another way you can eat your yam and find exquisite delight in eating it. Its called Yamarita. Heard it before?? Let's try it together.
Ingredients
~Yam
~flour
~Ground pepper
~Ginger
~Garlic
~Salt
~Vegetable oil
~Eggs
Preparation
- Peel the yam, cut into squares, add salt and boil
- Put it down when cooked. Use a clean handkerchief or serviette to dry it ( after getting it out from water)
- Put 1 or 2 spoons of powder ginger in a bowl
- Put 1 or 2 spoons of powder garlic in the same bowl
- Add 1 or 2 spoons of flour
- Add little ground pepper and little salt
- Break in 2 or 3 fat eggs into the same bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Dip the boiled yam into the contents of the bowl
Put vegetable oil into a hot pot for frying
Put the yams into the oil and fry.
Here's. That your Yamarita. So crunchy, so yummy.
