Sauteed Pare 'Bitter Melon' With Petai

Sauteed Pare with Petai

For processing Pare (Bitter Melon) and Petai be the food is delicious and also healthy, requiring few ingredients as follows only to one portion.

Ingredients :

  • 2 pieces Pare (Bitter Melon)
  • 4 pieces Petai
  • 8 spring onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ¼ red chili, green chili and cayenne pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tomato
  • Tauco taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings sense of taste
  • Cooking oil to taste

After all materials complete, and then to the treatment process requires several steps as follows.

Steps :

  1. Cut the bitter melon, then enter it into the bowl and mix in salt to taste, then stir to salt permeate the meat Bitter melon
  2. Peel the petai peel that petai seeds can be taken all
  3. To make the marinade puree red chili, cayenne pepper, onion, and garlic. Leave a few red chili, cayenne pepper, green chilies and onions to be sauteed pieces
  4. Heat oil in a skillet, then enter the last pieces of chillies and onions to pan. Stir until issued a delicious aroma
