This is cacapan, cacapan typical southern Kalimantan, please search throughout Indonesia definitely no, cacapan even this though in Kalimantan can only be found dirumahan relatives or friends sovereign, when we eat at home, cacapan has been around since I was a kid until now, cacapan this very savory but strangely this time also I never found cacapan eat at home or in a restaurant.
materials made cacapan are: salt, flavorings, raw mango, shrimp paste, chillies, onions.
