Homemade Banana Superfood Yogurt Granola Bowl with Hemp Hearts and Goji Berries

Good morning (or evening) fellow steempunks! Today we are going on a road trip, so instead of making a green smoothie that makes us pee, we had a delicious power breakfast to energize us for the day ahead. Nothing better than to start an amazing day with a probiotic and antioxidant-rich breakfast.

Hope you guys have a great start of the week too. If not, then surely make this yogurt bowl it will lighten up your week ;)

Ingredients

1 cup (homemade) plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
2/3 cup (homemade) granola
1 big banana, sliced
2 tbsp hemp hearts

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, banana, and granola in a serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with hemp hearts and/or other superfoods of your choice. I added Extra goji berries
