Because I take this holiday very seriously, today I celebrate the best way possible: with a huge slice of this gorgeous chocolate cake!
We love this easy and simple layered chocolate zucchini cake which is filled with whipping cream frosting and topped raspberries.
The cake has a great taste of chocolate, the fine-grated zucchini is invisible and could not be tasted at all, therefore it makes the cake moist. Together with whipped cream and raspberry makes a perfect combination: the sour raspberries rebalance the sweetness of the cake and frosting. Also, this brown white and red naked cake looks absolutely beautiful, doesn’t it?
