Liver cake "Favorite Pie of Porthos"

Porthos was very fond of the liver, pates and pies. Moreover, all without exception, and a pie with a liver, as a real connoisseur and connoisseur, loved very much).

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough 300 g
  • Cooked liver (chicken, pork, beef) 200 gr.
  • Canned Bulgarian pepper (fresh) 150 gr
  • Onions 3 pieces of
  • Egg 5-6 pieces
  • Hard cheese 120 gr
  • Vegetable oil 3-4 tablespoons
  • Salt pepper ground black to taste

To begin with, you need to prepare a yeast dough or use a semi-finished product from a supermarket.

Prepare the liver, any chicken, pork, beef will suit. Just boil until ready and grind into a meat grinder.

Prepare the onions in advance - cut into small half-roots.

Canned Bulgarian pepper or fresh, scalded with boiling water and cut into small pieces.

Depending on the size of the pie, in my case 5 eggs, we drive into the container, mix it with a fork and rub the hard cheese for 5 eggs 100-150 gr.

We prepare the pan for baking, turn on the oven in advance, reheat to 180 degrees.

We take the necessary piece of dough, we make a ball from it, roll it in the form of a baking tray, in my case a rectangular one - 0.5 cm thick.

We make a small side, we first lay the liver evenly, then onions, salt to taste, pepper. We send it to the oven.

Bake until half cooked.

We take out for a short while, so that our mixture of eggs and hard cheese is spread over the pie.
And again put in the oven. Bake until cooked.
