Eggplant in a boat,a vegetarian dish!

Eggplant — 2 PCs.
Tomatoes — 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper — 1 PC.
Onion — 1 PC.
Olive oil — 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Eggplant cut into halves and remove the middle.Her grind arbitrary cubes and mix with diced tomatoes,peppers and onions.
