Prodcts:
Flour - 3 cups
Butter or margarine - 200 g
Sugar - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Soda - 1/2 tsp
For the filling:
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Eggs - 4 PCs.
Sugar - 1 Cup
Vanillin - on the tip of a knife                                                                                                                                                1. First, prepare the filling. Cheese beat eggs, mix with a submersible blender.
2. Add sugar and vanilla on the tip of a knife, mix until smooth and the filling is ready!
3. Prepare the dough. First, grate on a coarse grater frozen butter or margarine.
4. Add flour, sugar, salt and soda. All grind into crumbs.
5. The bottom and sides detachable form grease with butter. Spread half of the crumbs and distribute, formed the sides of the cake.
6. Spread the filling evenly distributed over the surface.
7. On top of all sprinkle remaining half of crumbs. Put pie with cottage cheese filling in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
