Blueberry Muffin Food Recipe

We just love how simple and quick they are to make. Blueberry muffins are a breakfast staple in most homes,  and with crunchy, sugary tops -- are perfect for breakfast or with coffee any time of the day. 

  • 1 cup of Blueberry
  • 5 tbsp fresh milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup of APF
  • 1pc whole egg
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of Vegetable oil 

Procedures:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Combine APF,sugar,Baking powder and salt mix well and set aside
  3.  In other bowl combine Egg, Vegetable oil and milk 
  4. Whisk until all ingredients  are distributed use electric mixer
  5. Continue whisking while gradually adding the flour mix
  6. Add blueberry and fold into mixture until blueberries are distributed 
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it passes the toothpick test
