We just love how simple and quick they are to make. Blueberry muffins are a breakfast staple in most homes, and with crunchy, sugary tops -- are perfect for breakfast or with coffee any time of the day.
- 1 cup of Blueberry
- 5 tbsp fresh milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup of APF
- 1pc whole egg
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of Vegetable oil
Procedures:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Combine APF,sugar,Baking powder and salt mix well and set aside
- In other bowl combine Egg, Vegetable oil and milk
- Whisk until all ingredients are distributed use electric mixer
- Continue whisking while gradually adding the flour mix
- Add blueberry and fold into mixture until blueberries are distributed
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it passes the toothpick test
