A few weeks or so ago, my wife and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary by trying a Brazilian Steakhouse.
This was a unique experience because you were given a coaster to use as a signal. One side was green and the other was red. As long as your coaster was showing green, several waiters would approach you with the most beautiful meats and actually would carve off as much as you wanted right at the table. It didn't take long to flip over to the red side that meant stop for now.
(Here's a pic of my green card)
The meats varied from flank steak, ribye and prime rib. There were also lamb, pork, sausage and several other things that I'm probably forgetting.
As you can see, they have the meats on a large knife/sword and there are different meats cooked differently on them. Like your rare cooked would be at the top and it would work down to the bottom where the well done steaks are. The server would slice off a piece and you would use a set of tongs to place it on your plate.
If you love meat, then this is definitely the place to go!
I think my favorite part was the grilled pineapple with a cinnamon glaze. It was the absolute best pineapple I have ever had in my life!
This is the pineapple getting ready to be sliced and diced!
This is the pineapple getting ready to get in my belly!
They also have a very nice selection of beer, wines and spirits!
Very nice atmosphere!
And to top off the meal, we shared a piece of this remarkable cake! I can't remember what it was called but it had layers of caramel in it and it was amazing!
