I came back from my work a little late this evening . what shall I eat at night ? I thought a while , then had an idea . Why not make seafood Pan-Fried Meat Dumplings? Then I went to the market , bought some dumpling wrappers , meat , some leek and one kilo scallops. Now I will share it with you , my delicious seafood Pan-Fried Meat Dumplings !

Methods :

Wash leek, cut into pieces. Wash Scallop in Shell , remove the scallop shells, stir the meat paste with cooking wine, peanut oil, soy sauce, tune. Mix all kinds of fillings together with some salt.

晚上下班回家有点晚, 想着吃点啥, 好吃又快呢,就做锅贴吧。 于是到了菜市场,买了饺子皮,肉馅,韭菜,还有2斤扇贝。那我今天跟大家分享一下方便又好吃的海鲜锅贴吧。
做法:
韭菜洗净,切成碎末。扇贝去壳,扇贝丁去掉腮,洗净。 肉馅用料酒,花生油,酱油,调好。把各种馅料放一起搅拌好,放适量盐调味。

把馅放到皮上,两边不用捏,中间捏一下就好,摆在电饼铛上。加热,锅里放点水,盖上盖子,大约5分钟左右,锅贴就好了。我还做了两个玫瑰花,是不是也很漂亮?

瞧,这就是我的三鲜美味锅贴, 配上一碗小碴子粥,嗯,别提多美味了!
