Gaba shrimp with vinegar 醋拌嘎巴虾

In dalian , there is a kind of delicious seafood that is local people’s favourite, it is shrimp with vinegar . although it is cold winter, but when I walked into the market , I saw the Gaba shrimp everywhere. That is my husband’s favourite seafood, so I bought some back home .

Gaba shrimp also called gun shrimp with a pair of long and big shrimp turtle, maybe when you eat , you will hear the Gaba Gaba sound , so that is why called Gaba shrimp . Dalian people love to eat, you can see the cooked Gaba shrimp in the market . if you want to eat , you can buy some cooked directly. But I still like to eat cooked by myself . it’s very easy , now I will share it with you .

Ingredients:
Gaba shrimp 300g or so
Onion ginger
Garlic
salt
Sauce
Mature vinegar
Red pepper

Methods:

Put the gaba shrimp in the water for a while and then clean them . Then put onion ginger garlic salt, soy sauce, vinegar, chili or green pepper on the Gaba shrimp .

Mix them with chopsticks and marinate for a while. It can be eaten in about 20 minutes or so.
The raw gaba shrimp tastes very soft and delicious . if you eat it , then you won’t stop and love to eat them .

Notes :
Now we also need to pay attention to food safety, after all, the ocean is also polluted , so try to eat the living shrimp , if possible , you’d better boil them . but for Dalian people the raw ones are still their favourite.

在大连有个让大连人永远也割舍不掉的一个特色海鲜,那就是凉拌嘎巴虾。走进市场,虽然是12月份的寒冬, 没想到竟然能看到嘎巴虾,这可是我老公的最爱呀。让老板挑了点活的回家拌着吃。

嘎巴虾又叫枪虾、卡搭虾、乐队虾,长着一对一大一小的虾鳌,可能吃的时候嘎巴嘎巴的,因此叫嘎巴虾吧。大连人都喜欢生吃,这不市场上有卖现成的已经拌好了的嘎巴虾。但是我还买了点,回去自己拌着吃,因为这样可以放自己喜欢的调料。那现在就跟大家分享一下我拌的嘎巴虾吧!
材料:
嘎巴虾 300g
葱姜


花椒粒
味极鲜酱油
陈醋
红辣椒

做法:

嘎巴虾用水泡一会儿,洗净。然后把葱姜蒜 盐,酱油陈醋,辣椒切成丝 或者小块 一起放到嘎巴虾上。

用筷子拌匀,腌制一会儿,差不多20分钟左右就可以吃了,喜欢吃辣根的也可以放点辣根。
嘎巴虾生吃,味道极其鲜美,口感柔软,只要吃上这一口的,估计就停不下来了。

不过现在也要注意安全, 毕竟海洋也有污染, 因此尽管好吃,但是还要注意少吃,或者煮熟了吃最好。喜欢吃嘎巴虾的朋友可以行动啦!
