材料:
尖椒
肉馅
葱姜末
料酒

五香粉

水
做法:
把尖椒洗净,备用。
肉馅里放葱姜末,料酒,酱油,盐,适量水。把肉馅搅匀,我又放了点香菜。
尖椒的根部去掉,用筷子把里面的籽扣掉, 然后放入肉馅。
每个尖椒都放满肉馅。
因为太长了, 锅里放不下, 我把它切成两段。
锅里放油,热的时候把尖椒放进去,两面开始煎。慢慢的开始出水,然后盖上盖,慢火闷10分钟左右,肉馅熟了,尖椒也熟了。盛盘,美味的尖椒酿肉就做好啦!
做好的尖椒酿肉,味道鲜香,尖椒水汽很大, 吃的时候, 里面的肉跟尖椒一起, 一点儿不腻人,非常好吃。这是一道简单易学的一道菜,大家可以做做吃, 很不错的哦!
