Mung bean sprout hot pot 绿豆芽火锅

These days are so cold that we feel the winter is really coming . In these cold days , what would you like to eat ? for me , of course , hot pot . I like eating hot pot , because , when you eat , you can feel hot all over . now let’s share the hot pot with you .
这几天天气实在是冷,突然的降温, 让深秋直接过渡到冬天。想想这么冷的天, 还是吃火锅吧,越吃越热乎,而且自己准备火锅的材料,也很简单,所以,今天就跟大家分享一下,我做的绿豆芽火锅。

First , the mung bean sprout is made by myself . you just put some beans in the basin , and then with boiling water, then put it in a warm place to avoid the light . you should water it three time a day . and the fifth day , you can eat it . look ! is it wonderful ?

首先绿豆芽是自己几天以前生好的。一把绿豆,放到过滤框里,先用开水烫一下,然后放到暖和的避光的地方,每天利用上下班前后的时间浇一次水。到了第五天的时候就能吃了!今天刚好可以吃,看看是不是很好呢?

Others things you can choose what you like . I’d like to eat Chinese cabbage , potatoes , tofu , blood tofu, mutton, lettuce, spinach, and so on . in a word , you can choose what you like to eat .

其他的, 我愿意吃大白菜,土豆,粉条,豆腐,血豆腐,羊肉,生菜,菠菜,木耳等等可以随意。 我今天准备了大白菜,土豆,鱼骨,羊肉,生菜,木耳,枸杞,红枣, 火锅调料。总之,自己想吃啥就来啥!

First , I put the fish bone into the pot in order to umami. Then I put mutton , cabbage, potato pieces , some mungbean sprout lettuce . when everything is ready , you can enjoy your delicious hot pot .

底料放的是安康鱼的鱼骨,然后放上羊肉,白菜,土豆切成大片放进去,再把豆芽,生菜依次放进去,火锅调料提前倒入小碗里。都准备齐全之后,就可以开刷了,美味的绿豆芽火锅就此开始了, 绿豆芽自己生的好吃, 市场买的感觉不鲜,水汽太大, 不信你们自己试试! 我没有放辣的底料,因为最近不能吃太刺激的东西, 喜欢的朋友可以放点麻辣调料。或者火锅里直接买香辣底料即可。
