These days the temperature has always been very low, it’s really a cold day , especially my home. I just came back home and saw the temperature , 12 degree! Oh, my god , I have to spend the whole day with these low temperature days !

Fortunately, I was prepared to make wonton with the peacock shellfish that I bought in the market . I also bought some wonton skin , leek, meat stuffing and so on , then returned home . Now let me show the wonton I make tonight .

Ingredients:

Peacock shellfish
Meat stuffing
Leek
Wonton skin
Peanut oil
Cooking wine
soy sauce
salt
Sauce
Black pepper
Coriander

Remove the intestines, gills and other debris, then chopped.

Wash and shred leek.

Put the meat stuffing and peacock shellfish together, add wine, salt, peanut oil, add the chopped leek. Stir it in one direction.

when the water is boiling , add some cool water, then boil again about five minutes , wonton is ok .

When you eat , you can add cilantro, salt, pepper. I ate up two bowls of wonton , it’s so delicious and no wonder the boss who sold the peacock shellfish said it’s delicious.

这几天温度一直没升上来, 这么冷的天, 回家一看温度计,my god ! 家里才12度? 有没有这么惨?今年的冬天可真是遭罪了。 好在我是有备而回啊,在市场看到了这个大家伙,孔雀贝, 老板娘说这个包饺子,炒辣椒,都特别好吃, 我说,那包馄饨呢? 她说“当然好吃啦!”我这样做为了快, 而且能喝点热汤。买了馄饨皮,韭菜, 肉馅,加上两个孔雀贝,满载而回呀。下面就把我做的馄饨拿给大家亮亮相吧!

材料:

孔雀贝
肉馅
韭菜
馄饨皮
花生油
料酒
酱油

味极鲜酱油
黑胡椒粉
香菜

做法:
把孔雀贝洗净,用勺子扩出里面的肉丁,去掉那些肠子,腮等杂物,洗净,切碎。
韭菜洗净,切碎
肉馅和孔雀贝丁放一起,加料酒,盐,花生油调好,放入切碎的韭菜。搅拌匀,按一个方向搅。
肉馅调好后,开始包,肉馅放馄饨皮上,包成自己喜欢的样子。
锅里放水,烧开,然后下如馄饨。烧两个开之后,馄饨就好了,加入香菜末,盐,胡椒粉,这样就可以吃啦!味道很鲜美,加入了海鲜的馄饨确实很鲜,喝上两碗,可以抵御寒冷的冬天啦!
