Ingredients:
Scallop
Vermicelli
Garlic
Cooking wine
soy sauce
Coriander
Red pepper
Salt
Methods :
First soak vermicelli with the warm water about half an hour .
Clean the scallops . Use a small spoon to dig out scallop meat and clean the shell. Remove the cheek and the dirty things.

Remove the grills of the scallop .
Twist the vermicelli into a bird's nest, put the scallop meat on the shellfish .
Chop the garlic , heat the oil in the pot, fry the garlic and stir with the fresh sauce.
Put the fried garlic on the scallop meat and steamed in the pan for 5 minutes.
Take out scallops, sprinkle the pepper and coriander on the scallop.

今天是圣诞节,大家是不是都出去happy吃大餐了啊, 我也给大家上道菜,蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝。扇贝具有很高的营养价值,有很多功效。例如健脑,扇贝富含碳水化合物,是维持大脑功能的必须能源。此外还有养颜护肤,抑制肿瘤等功效。这道蒜蓉蒸扇贝做法简单,好吃又好看,据说是江南一带的名菜。
材料:
扇贝
粉丝
蒜末
料酒
酱油
香菜
红辣椒
盐
做法:
先用温水泡发粉丝,大约半个小时左右。
将扇贝洗净,开口的不要。用小勺挖出扇贝肉,扇贝壳洗净。扇贝肉去掉腮,黑线。
将泡好的粉丝拧成鸟巢状,放在扇贝壳里,再将扇贝肉放到粉丝上。
大蒜切碎,锅里放油,炒香,加味极鲜酱油。
将炒好的蒜末放到扇贝肉上,放锅里蒸5分钟。
取出扇贝,将辣椒末,和香菜末撒到扇贝上。
锅里放油,加热,放花椒,炸成花椒油。
将花椒油浇在扇贝肉上,这样蒜蓉蒸扇贝就算完成了。
扇贝鲜嫩好吃,尤其是下面的粉丝更加美味。亲爱的朋友们,这道菜是不是简单易学,好吃又好看呢?不过做这道菜大家还要注意:
首先扇贝必须新鲜,张开口的不能要, 说明不新鲜。
再者,扇贝处理的时候要把腮去掉,里面的泥沙洗净。
