Ingredients :

Anglerfish
One egg
Chinese green cabbage
Ginger green onion
Cooking wine
salt
soy sauce
A little starch

Methods:

Anglerfish , remove its bones, spines, and then chop it into fish mud. Use the onion ginger, the cooking wine, the salt, stir them together , add an egg and a little starch to make it into stuffing.

亲爱的朋友们, 今天跟大家分享的是清香四溢鱼丸汤。晚上下班回家,很是疲劳。喝点热汤顿时会让人神清气爽,驱寒解乏。安康鱼一直是我的最爱, 因为它肉嫩,没有过多的腥味,这款鱼丸汤,就是用它做的。 在配上热腾腾的馒头,一顿晚餐就这样搞定了! 先上个图吧!

材料:
安康鱼
一个鸡蛋
小白菜或者菠菜
葱姜末
料酒

酱油
少许淀粉

做法:
买的杀好的安康鱼,去掉骨头,刺,多成肉泥。用葱姜末, 料酒,盐,调成馅料。加入一个鸡蛋, 放少许淀粉。
小白菜洗净,料好, 切成小段。
锅里放水, 烧开。把鱼馅用小勺挖,团城球状,下到开水中,一会鱼丸成形了,这时候放入盐,香油,葱花,加入小白菜,烧开。撇去浮末,美味鱼丸汤就好啦!吃的时候在放点胡椒粉,醋,个人喜好,调料随意。
