Winter is the season to keep your health. Methods:
Prepare Longan 10 , red dates, rock sugar, fresh tremella , medlar.
I use fresh frozen tremella, ( if you haven’t , you can use dried tremella ), peel the longan, red jujube cut into two halves. Put all the ingredients in the electric stew, about 2 hours later, put the medlar and the rock candy . in this way , you can eat this sweet, soft Confucian beauty soup !
Notes :
Medlar should be put later, put it early, it will be rotton. You’d better eat up the white fungus soup in one day , otherwise there will be nitrite.

做法:
准备材料:桂圆10几个, 红枣适量,冰糖,新鲜银耳,枸杞子。
我用的是新鲜的冰冻银耳, 没有的可以用干银耳,泡发。 桂圆去皮,红枣切成两半。把这些材料都放到电炖盅里,2个小时后,放入枸杞子和冰糖。做好后, 非常的软儒,好喝, 是一款女性最佳养颜补品!
桂圆的性温味甘,益心脾,补气血;具有卓越的滋养补益作用。红枣是补益治病的良药和甜蜜适口的佳果,作用是补脾益气,养血安神。银耳则有滋阴、润肺、养胃、生津、益气、补脑、强心之作用。
注意事项:枸杞子要后放, 放早了,就煮飞了。 做的时候要考虑一次能不能喝完, 银耳不能放太长时间, 否则会产生亚硝酸盐,最好当日吃完。
