Talking about food in Keelung, the famous Keelung Night Market will jump out to your brain. It attracts many people to visit Keelung.
It's always overcrowded on every weekend. 
For Keelung locals, they won't go to the night market for delicious food because there are many great foods hidden in the small alley which is closer to normal life.
Long leg noodle is really inside a small alley where is hardly found if no one recommends you.
It is just a small stall at the beginning and moved into the store not too long.
In the era relies on the good word-of-mouth publicity more than 50 years ago, the original stall didn't have a name.
Because the boss is tall and thin, so regular customers took the nickname long-leg which has been used from then on.
To understand a place, starting with local cuisine is the fastest way. If you want to enjoy the local food in Keelung, long leg noodle is a good start for you.
說到基隆美食，大家應該會立刻想到遠近馳名的基隆廟口，每到週末，廟口夜市總是人滿為患寸步難行。
對於基隆當地人來說，想吃美食不見得會去廟口湊熱鬧，因為有很多基隆美食都隱藏在不起眼的巷弄，更接近平日的生活。
要了解一個地方，從地方美食下手是最快的，今天就帶大家一起去吃一家基隆人喜歡吃的平民小吃。
長腳麵食可以說是標準的巷弄美食，因為他真的在不起眼的小巷子裡面，哈哈！
這間麵店低調到連招牌都在巷子裡面，如果不是有人推薦，你很難憑著招牌找到這家有基隆古早風味的小吃店
早期長腳麵食只是個小攤子，搬進店面也僅僅是幾年的時間。在50多年前不靠宣傳僅靠著口碑相傳的年代，當初的麵癱自然也沒有名字，是因為老闆身材較為瘦高，所以熟客們幫老闆取了長腳這個暱稱，也就一直沿用下來。
小店的裝潢非常簡單，是間再樸實不過的店面。
早上7點就開門了，上班上學前可以來吃頓營養的早餐再迎接接下來的行程。
竟然還有營養成分分析，真是太專業也太貼心了。
現代人越來越重視身體健康，老闆頗趕得上時代潮流，想要減鹽減油都可以為你客製化調整喔！
覺得好吃可以買回去自己煮，對外地來吃的人很方便哪！
扁食都是老闆娘現包的，跟機器大量製作的不一樣喔！
基隆的乾麵有自己一套調味方式，簡單的豬油、醬油膏、油蔥攪拌，香氣十足。基本的調味比較清淡，桌上會準備幾種調味的醬料，口味重的朋友可根據自己喜好加辣或加其他調料。
麻醬麵的調味也比較清淡，但是不會像很多小吃店賣的麻醬麵有淡淡的苦味。
基隆的小吃店普遍都喜歡在麵裡面加豆芽菜，這應該可以算是基隆的麵類小吃的特色之一吧！
豬腳又肥又嫩，可以指定要吃那個部位。咬起來帶著膠原蛋白的黏性，非常彈牙。
油豆腐滷得很夠味，又不會滷過頭太軟爛，咬下去噴得滿嘴汁，還蠻過癮的。
扁食湯看起來油滋滋的，可是喝起來其實蠻清爽的，同時又有大骨熬出來的滑順口感和香氣。
雖然在長腳麵食吃到的不是什麼很了不起的食物，可是仔細品嚐可以發現他們對製作食物的細節都很重視，即便是注重健康而口味偏淡，在燉滷食材該下的功夫一點兒也不馬虎。
麵食的作法及口味有基隆當地特色，跟我在其他地方吃到的麵食不太一樣，想要嘗試基隆古早味，可以來這裏試試。
