Last time I introduced "long-leg noodle". After filling my stomach, I would like to have a cup of drink to satisfy my sweet stomach. 
This "Mother Liao bubble milk tea" is on the 2nd floor diagonally opposite to the "long-leg noodle".
The hand-made bubble tea shop is everywhere in Taiwan, Mother Liao still stands firmly in Keelung for more than 20 years. 
Although there is a sign on the first floor, it is easy to miss it without being introduced by the locals.
You can customize your drink by adjusting sugar, ice and so on.
All the ingredients are freshly brewed every day, without any preservatives. Compared to other hand-made drinks stores, drinks here have a more home-like flavor.
孝三商圈是介於廟口與火車站之間基隆本地人常常喜歡光顧的區域，上次已經跟大家介紹過「長腳麵食」，肚子填飽之後，當然要來杯飲料滿足一下甜食胃。
這家「廖媽媽珍珠奶茶」就在「長腳麵食」的斜對面2樓，雖然手搖泡沫紅茶店在台灣走3步就有一家，可是廖媽媽卻能在基隆經營20多年仍屹立不搖。
雖然在騎樓有招牌，但是沒有透過當地人的介紹，還是很容易錯過。爬上小小的樓梯，樓上另有一番天地。
冷飲的選擇性還蠻多的，台灣特有的客製化冷飲文化，這邊也同樣可以針對糖、冰等多寡做調整。
所有的料都是當天現煮現調，不加任何防腐劑，比起滿街手搖飲料店比起來，這裏的甜品飲料更有一種家常的味道。
夏天一杯冰品下肚，馬上沁心涼。冬天來杯燒仙草或熱豆花，加上豐富的料，立刻感覺暖呼呼。
下午放學時間，學生們很喜歡聚在這裏喝個飲料聊聊天再回家，這裏成了一個學生交際的場所之一。
牆上貼滿了各大美食節目造訪的照片，以及很多熟客寄來的信，感謝廖媽媽親切的招待。
我很納悶到底是多麼殷勤的跟客戶互動，才能夠讓客戶這樣滿心感激？
我倒是想吐個槽，當天我去的時候，客人也沒有很多，可是兩位店員態度冷淡愛理不理，跟牆上這些感謝信函形成諷刺的對比。
珍珠奶茶的粉圓軟硬度適中，彈性還不錯，雖然沒有到驚艷的地步，但是有一定的水準，果然受歡迎是有理由的。
