(vegan) paleo snacktime: chocolate balls 'Better then bounty'

You crave something better then bounty that is quicker to make then to go to the shop around the corner?
I've got just the recipe for you:

Equal amounts:

Soft pitted dates (for example 6)
extra virgin coconut oil, preferably organic ( for example 5 table spoons)
cocao powder, preferably raw. ( for example three heaping tablespoons)
Coconut flakes ( a little bit on a saucer)

Blend all in the mixer until you get a consistency that stays together when you roll a ball from it.
If it's too dry, add more oil. If it's too wet add more cocoa powder. Not sweet enough, add more dates.
It's ok if the balls are a bit sticky, because we will roll them in coconut flakes now until they look like they've been snowed on.
If you want them to firm up and get cold and you have the patience for it. Put them in the fridge or freezer for a while.
And then...munch, munch , munch!

Enjoy! ( And you won't have tummy ache after! On top of that this snack is high in energy and has got a very high iron content. Some even say raw cacoa is an aphrodisiac ;-))
