Lean & tasty dish - Recipe

Churrasco stake with mash potatoes, corn and a slice of avocado.

I made this dish and thought you guys may like it

Recipe

Corn on the cob:
Boil in salty water 10 to 20 minutes
Mash potatoes:
Boil potatoes with salty* water till they are soft, 10 to 15 minutes or 30 minutes if they are fairly large
mash them with cream cheese, chives, cup of whole milk** and bacon***
Churrasco stake:
4 mashed garlic clove, half of a cub of olive oil, half of a cup of chopped parsley, 1 small chopped onion, small spoon of dry oregano, 1 spoon of chopped cilantro, half a cup of wine vinegar and salt & pepper to your desired taste.
in a small bowl add the olive oil, wine vinegar,the rest of the condiment and mix.
Add mixture to the meat and marinate 10-20 minutes.
and cook meat on the grill or frying pan.
3 minutes for each side and its done, if you like medium done do 15 minutes
and if you want 3/4 done do 20 minutes.
well done 25 minutes.

  • Sea water salty or to your desire amount*
