This is my favorite healthy smoothie to drink. It is super easy to make and taste's incredible!
A perfect way to add some antioxidants, vitamin C, A, E, B6, potassium, magnesium, calcium, fibers and a lot more vitamins and minerals into your system.

To create this simple and healthy smoothie you will need:
š1 banana
š1 cup frozen mango
š1 orange
š1/3 cup yoghurt
š1 tsp honey
Add all the ingredients inside the food blender and mix till everything is creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass.

Now you are ready to attack and feel the energy rush through your body! Enjoy!
