Ingredients Needed
2 1/4 Cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 1/2 Teaspoons Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1/8 Cup vegetable oil
1 Stick butter Softened
1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
3 Eggs
Tools Needed
Hand mixer (I use a kitchen aid Mixer)
Mixing Bowl
Cake Pan
Directions
Put all dry ingredients in bowl and mix together with spoon.
Add all wet ingredients and mix with hand mixer.
Spray pan with baking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
