Last Valentine's Day dessert that I made...
This dessert was a huge hit! It was a dome of dark chocolate mousse that sits on a layer of dark chocolate cake and en-robed with a white chocolate mirror glaze. Decorated with white chocolate and raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries.
Actually, this dessert would be good for any special occasion! :)
