Ulog 13: Crazy Good Bak Kut Teh

Yep I'm here again in the span of 15 days and yes I'm writing about how awesome this place is and the crazy good food they are serving. So if you read my post on this place 2 weeks ago, it's gonna be pretty much the same thing you're reading but I promise to share more pics 😄

Ordered a pot of 'Bak Kut Teh' for 4 pax. We had 6 adults and 3 children that could eat that amount. So really worth the value for money. Just goes to show the size of their portion per pax.

Pot of Delicious

Also ordered braised pork which are big chunks of meat and fat that has been braised for 4-6 hours and heated up in a claypot to order. It has lotsa Chinese herbs and spices, one of the spices you can taste very obviously but not too overpowering is the star anise. This dish is a must have here. Extremely savoury and delicious!

Some vegetables to balance out all the heavy flavors and amount of meat. Some boiled lettuce with oyster sauce and shallots and some tofu skin in more of that delicious herbal broth.

Last but not least, a delicacy even some Chinese Malaysians don't eat - chicken feet. Kindda hard to explain what it taste like and it's texture because there's no other dish that actually is like it so trying it out is the best way to experience it.
