Almost a sangria
Hi Steemians!
Today I'm sharing with you a recipe for a super refreshing Smoothie.
As always my recipes are " eyeballed " as I'm not very good with measurements...
Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of green grapes
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cantaloupe
- 1 spoon of coconut oil (optional)
- A dash of apple juice
- Filtered water (needed amount)
Steps:
1- In a large blender add the grapes, strawberries, blueberries & cantaloupe (without peel).
2- Add the apple juice, water & coconut oil.
3- Blend at high speed ( or use the smoothie option) for 1/2 minutes .
That's it! this smoothie is super refreshing and as it's made out of fruits it has lots of vitamins!!!
