Bagels with cinnamon. Step by step recipe.

Today I cooked bagels with cinnamon for dessert.
It was very tasty cookies, we ate them with pleasure, especially my children love them. This dessert will take great pleasure to fans of homemade cakes. The dough got nice and crisp, with a soft flavored stuffing inside.

Ingredients:
For the dough: 100 gr. soft butter, 100g. sour cream, 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp fine salt, 0.5 tsp baking soda, slaked with vinegar or 1 tsp baking powder, vanilla.
For the filling: 1 tbsp butter, cinnamon, and I had a poppy.

Mix butter, sour cream, sugar, salt and vanilla extract to knead the dough.
Adding soda slaked vinegar or baking powder. Add the flour and knead elastic soft dough. Remove in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The finished dough divide into three parts. Roll out the dough portion into a round shape with a thickness of 0.5 cm. The surface of the dough we smear butter, then sugar and cinnamon.

Cut the circle into 8 parts. Spins the dough from the outside to the inside and spread on parchment. We perform this procedure with the rest of the dough.

My son does not like cinnamon, as an alternative, I have prepared bagels with poppy seeds for him.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

Ready bagels sprinkled with powdered sugar (son like this much more).
